I was born and raised in Japan, but have lived in the U.S. since 2006.  Since I was a little girl, I’ve always had a passion to create things like a little felt purse or colorful bead bracelets. Living and long-term traveling in different countries inspire my creativity.  I love tribal textiles as well as vintage, natural and eco-friendly materials.  In 2014 I had a baby girl and have been away from making stuff to sell, but now I'm back to sewing life and have started a line of comfy clothing for women & kids and bonnets for baby and toddlers.  I make what I love to have/wear for myself and my girl and all items are unique and have received lots of TLC. Most of the pieces I sell are one-of-a-kind creations, hand-made by me. At the moment I'm only making special orders and limited edition items, but I plan to expand my collection soon. My current inventory is in my Etsy shop.  KIGI designs is my new line for kids & mama friendly items.
